Wonderly Ventures builds and runs a portfolio of hospitality and lifestyle brands. Each one solves a real problem for the people who own and run places to stay.

They sit on shared foundations. One technology stack, one set of tools, one team. That is what lets a company our size run several brands properly rather than one badly.

The work that would usually need a department is done by AI agents. Bookings, compliance, chasing suppliers, answering guests. We designed for that from the start rather than adding it later.

It means we can start a brand, test it properly, and keep it running without hiring an operations floor to do it.

Amy

Founder

Ideas, operations, and the occasional spreadsheet at 2am.

Amy spent a decade turning messy data into growth strategy for some of the UK's biggest brands, then decided running things was more fun. She co-owns The Firs, a luxury bolthole in Suffolk, and builds the systems that keep every Wonderly brand ticking. If there's a better way to do something, she's usually three prototypes in already.

Alison

Co-founder

Hospitality, and a very good eye.

Alison has pointed a television camera at most things worth filming, and now brings the same eye to hospitality. She co-owns The Firs, runs her own sauna, and knows exactly what turns a nice stay into one people talk about. Practical, unflappable, and the first to spot what's missing.

Anna

Co-founder

Teaches it, and has done it.

Anna pairs a mastery in entrepreneurial education with a CV that includes running a safari lodge — which is to say she can explain how it works and she's actually done it. She turns big ideas into things people can genuinely learn, use and run.
